Due to the nature of food and consumable products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

For non-food items, refunds may be accepted if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging, subject to approval.
